Nine Line Apparel is a web-based company specializing in patriotic clothing, hats, and tactical gear. This Privacy Policy applies to the Nine Line Apparel Service, operated by Nine Line Apparel and its subsidiaries (collectively, Nine Line Apparel), and located at Ninelineapparel.com.
This Privacy Policy describes how Nine Line Apparel collects and uses the information we obtain when you use Nine Line Apparel Services. It also describes the choices available to you regarding our use of your ordering habits to be market our products.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Information You Provide to Us “Personal Information” means information that alone or in combination with other information may be used to readily identify, contact, or locate you. The Personal Information we collect will be your name, location, shipping addresses, and order history. This does not include your credit card or PayPal information. Payment methods will never be kept by Nine Line Apparel.
We may also collect Personal Information you provide about other people, such as their name and physical address (for example, when you ship a gift at your request). This Personal Information is used for the sole purpose of completing your request.
Social Media Widgets The Nine Line Apparel Service may include social media features, such as the Facebook like button and share buttons. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the features to function properly. Certain social media features are hosted by the applicable provider (e.g. Facebook). Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing the features.
Text Messages You may elect to receive text messages from us. When you sign up to receive text messages, we will send you information about promotional offers and more. These messages may use information automatically collected based on your actions while on our sites and may prompt messaging such as cart abandon messages. To the extent you voluntarily opt to have Text notifications sent directly to your mobile phone, we receive and store the information you provide, including your telephone number or when you read a text message. How We Use Your Information In general, we use Personal Information to provide the Nine Line Apparel Service to you, including, to establish and administer your account, to fulfill your order and send you an order confirmation and to respond to customer service requests.
If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter(s), we will use your name and email address to send the newsletter to you. You may choose to stop receiving our newsletter or marketing emails by following the unsubscribe instructions included in these emails, accessing the email preferences in your account settings page, or you can contact us at CustomerService@NineLineApparel.com. You may not opt-out of the transactional emails Nine Line Apparel sends in connection with your use of the Nine Line Apparel Services (e.g. email notification of individual account activity, such as shipment of order).
We use Performance Information to analyze and better understand the characteristics of successful offerings and campaigns and to improve the performance of Nine Line Apparel.
Nine Line Apparel does not collect Personal Information about your online activities over time, across different websites. Accordingly, Nine Line Apparel does not currently respond to “do not track” browser request.
Manage Your Information If you would like to update or modify any Personal Information you have provided us, you can do so in the account settings tab of your dashboard or by contacting us at CustomerService@NineLineApparel.com. For your protection, we will require some proof of your identity to obtain any Personal Information hosted on our site. Additionally, you may deactivate your account by contacting us at CustomerService@NineLineApparel.com. At your request, we will remove your Personal Information, provided we have no outstanding business or other obligation requiring such information. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe.
Retention of Data Nine Line Apparel will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our Legal Obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Security The security of your Personal Information is important to us and we take reasonable steps to ensure that it is treated accordingly. However, we cannot ensure the security of any information provided to us. We do not accept liability for unintentional disclosure.
You agree that we may communicate with you electronically regarding security, privacy, and administrative issues relating to your use of the Nine Line Apparel Services. If we learn of a security system breach, we may attempt to notify you electronically by posting a notice on the Nine Line Apparel Service or by sending you an email. You may have a legal right to receive this notice in writing. Member Account, Password and Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, if any, and are fully responsible for any and all activities that occur under your password or account. Please immediately notify Nine Line Apparel of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security.

Mobile Message Service Terms of Use

"If you elect to receive marketing text messages from us, either via our website or by sending a text message indicating your consent, you are providing your prior express written consent to receive recurring marketing or promotional Text text messages from us (each, a “Text Message”) sent through an automatic telephone dialing system. These may include cart abandon messages. Message frequency varies. This service is optional and is not a condition for purchase. You can opt out of receiving any further Text Messages from us at any time by replying “STOP” to any Text Message you receive from us. For help, reply “HELP” to any Text Message you receive from us or email textsupport@wunderkind.co.

In addition to any fee of which you are notified, your mobile provider’s message and data rates may apply to our confirmation Text Message and all subsequent Text Message correspondence according to your individual rate plan provided by your wireless carrier. Please consult your mobile service carrier’s pricing plan to determine the charges for browsing data and sending and receiving Text Messages. Under no circumstances will we or our affiliates be responsible for any Text messaging or wireless charges incurred by you or by a person that has access to your wireless device or telephone number. If your carrier does not permit Text messages, you may not receive the Text Messages. Neither we nor the wireless carriers (such as T-Mobile) will be liable for any delays in the receipt of, or failure to deliver, any Text Messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator.

Text Message services are provided on an “AS IS” basis. Data obtained from you in connection with any Text Message services may include your cell phone number, your provider’s name and the date, time and content of your text messages. We may use this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy to contact you and to provide the services you request from us.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from any third-party claims, liability, damages or costs arising from your use of the Service or from you providing us with a phone number that is not your own.
